Registration Made Easy From Start To Finish!

Registration at The Lemont Park District has never been easier! Lemont Residents and Guests can register online or in person.
- Questions about registering or need an account to register online? Email us at Information@lemontparks.org and we will get back to you during our business hours, M-F, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Special Assistance Information – The Lemont Park District welcomes and supports the participation of individuals with special needs in all programs, activities, and services. If any person wishing to participate in a Lemont Park District program has special needs that must be accommodated to enable participation, that person (or parent/guardian) must notify the Recreation supervisor responsible for the activity or program. The Lemont Park District will do what is reasonably possible to satisfy those needs. Please note, securing accommodations can take 10-20 business days. You may also email us with your request at Information@lemontparks.org.
- When registering online, the following is a list of status’s you may see:
Available – can register for programs; Unavailable – registration may not have begun yet; Full – program has reached maximum amount of participants but feel free to be added to the waitlist; Cancelled – program cancelled. Waitlist – Only taking registrations for waitlist due to full program. Any questions, feel free to call 630-257-6787 ext. 3026. - If you currently have a household account, you will be able to log in to register at any time using your current login credentials. You will receive any important program information once registered. Please check your receipt for programs notes.
- If you have never registered for programs at the Lemont Park District, please email us at Information@lemontparks.org with your email and phone number so that a staff member can contact you and create your household account. You will need to provide proof of residency – utility bill, rental agreement or closing docs, along with a drivers license and birth certificates for children. Once the account is created, you will then be able to register online for programs.
- Mail registration forms to Lemont Park District, 16028 127th Street, Lemont, IL, 60439
- Fax completed registration forms to 630-257-6944. Random processing will begin on the dates specified in the brochure.
- Registrations taken on the day the program start date will incur a $10 registration fee.

Cancellation/Refund Information
General Guidelines
Lemont Park District reserves the right to cancel, postpone any classes or rentals, or combine classes as necessary. Classes may be canceled due to low enrollments. No refunds will be issued once a class has begun. Refund requests must be submitted to the CORE desk staff in person or via phone, fax or email during normal business hours. Requests received via fax or email after normal business hours will be dated for the next business day.
- Classes, camps, athletic leagues, or programs – The cancellation deadline for a full refund is 5 business days prior to the start of the class/program. After that, a $10 processing fee for each class cancelled and any other associated costs (uniforms, supplies, etc.) which have already been incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. No refunds will be given once the class/camp/league/program has begun.
- Aquatic Center Passes – No refunds will be issued after the first day the pool opens for the summer.
- Preschool – The Deposit Fee of $100 is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Senior Trips/Events – A $10 processing fee for each trip/event cancelled and any other associated costs (travel, food, tickets, etc.) which have already been incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- CORE Memberships – There are no refunds for CORE Memberships. All cancellation requests will be processed the last day of the month and future billings will not occur.
- Medical Drops – Prorated refunds will be issued upon receipt of a note from a doctor stating the individual can no longer participate in the program. The refund will be prorated from the date of receipt of the doctor’s note.
- Credits or make-up classes are not available if a class is missed.
- If the Park District cancels a trip or program, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Methods
- Household Credit – Amount of refund will be credited to your Household Account
- Refund – Customers will be credited in the same manner payment was received.
- Customers who paid with Visa, MasterCard or Discover will have their credit card account credited.
- Customers who paid with cash or check will receive a check. Check refunds are processed monthly.
