This program challenges beginners to advanced players through competitive instructional drills, including singles and double matches. It offers racket skill position training, techniques on ball spins, speed and quickness, body balance, first step directional movements, tennis safety awareness and sportsmanship.

This program is your 1st step to the exciting sport of ice hockey. There is no experience required. Concurrent enrollment in hockey skating is recommended for Pre-Hockey participants.
Required equipment: skates, gloves, elbow and knee pads, a hockey helmet with facemask and a hockey stick. You can buy/rent IIC equipment. Equipment includes: helmet, shin pads, pants, elbow pads, shoulder pads, gloves. Skates are NOT included. Price $75.00. If at the end of their first session only, they are not interested in IIC equipment any more IIC will buy back the equipment for $60.00. Skate renatl is $2.00 each time you come. This is for all classes.
