Children are guaranteed to have a great time as they learn a collection facinating tricks from the "Magic Team of Gary Kantor"! Amaze family and friends with tricks that involve cards, ropes, coins, mind-reading, and more. While the tricks may appear difficult, you'll discover that they are quick to learn and easy to perform. All materials are provided, and each child receives a magic kit to take home. Children are grouped by age and always learn tricks that are age appropriate. Additionally, you can sign up for this class agan and again since brand new tricks are always taught at each session!

Develop your child's intellect through the royal game of chess! Chess has been proved to enhance children's motivation, concentration, focus, social skills, and creativity. Calling all boys and girls. Come and show your talent in front of our idol judges. Sing, dance or even perform a magic trick. Parents are welcome to join us the last 45 minutes to witness the performances of all the participants. First, second and thrid place winners will lbe awarded at the end of the evening's performance. Everyone's a winner on our stage.

Enjoy fresh waffles made to order along with scrambled eggs, sausage and other breakfast favorites as we turn Lemont Park DIstrict into a Festive Holiday Candyland! Children will visit and have their picture taken with Santa, make a holiday craft and play holiday games. New this year - write a letter to Santa and he'll write you back all the way from the North Pole! All pre-registered children will receive their letter back at Breakfast with Santa! Please note, you must be pre-registered to participate in the Letter to Santa portion of the program! Please put your letter to Santa in his mailbox at the CORE between 11/29 and 12/15 to make sure he has time to write you back!

Come join the fun at the Lemont Park District's Senior Holiday luncheon. Be prepared to sing some classic holiday tunes, carolers will join us for some entertainment. Lunch will be provided by a local restaurant. There will be a visit from a certain holiday celebrity and everyone will go home with a small gift.
