The Tri-County Special Recreation Association is a not for profit cooperative of the Lemont Park District, the Lockport Township Park District and the Village of Romeoville. Tri County SRA provides year round recreation and social opportunities for individuals with disabilities or special needs. Tri County SRA is an extension of each member community’s commitment to provide comprehensive recreation opportunities for its entire community.

Programs
Tri County Special Recreation Association offers three seasons of programs each year, winter/spring, summer and fall. Age appropriate social and recreational opportunities are designed to meet the individual needs of each participant. Over 140 weekly programs and special events are offered each year. The variety of programs includes:

Special Olympics
Tri County SRA offers a wide variety of Special Olympics training programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Teams and individuals compete at local, district and state competition.
